Privacy Policy

When you use our quote form or contact us, we collect only what we need to reply and price the work: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the service type you select, and any brief description you choose to add. If you call or email us directly, we keep the details you give us in that conversation.

We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not ask for sensitive information.

We use your information to respond to your quote request, arrange a site walkthrough, prepare a written proposal, deliver and schedule cleaning services, invoice you, and answer questions about work in progress. If you become a client, we may also contact you about your service schedule or quality checks.

We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade or rent it to anyone. We share it only where it is needed to provide the service: our own cleaning staff and supervisors assigned to your site, and trusted service providers such as our website hosting, database and email providers, or our accounting software. Those providers may only use the information to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Enquiries are stored in a secure, access-controlled database. We keep quote enquiries for up to two years so we can follow up and keep a record of what was quoted. Records for active and past clients are kept for as long as we provide services, plus the period required by Australian tax and business record-keeping law (generally seven years). When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@3wavecleaning.com.au with your request and we will action it within 30 days. Where we are required by law to keep certain records, we will tell you which information we cannot delete and why.

Our website uses only the basic technical storage needed for the site to work. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
