Chris Kahn
3 Wave Cleaning was founded in 2022 by Chris Kahn with a vision to change how office and commercial cleaning services are delivered. After seeing many businesses receive inconsistent results and poor communication from cleaning providers, Chris developed the 3 Wave Cleaning System, a structured approach focused on quality, accountability, and attention to detail.
Four years on, that system is still what every one of our 8 team members works to, across 290 completed commercial jobs.

Arrangement & Organisation
Every displaced item is returned to its designated spot before a single surface is touched. Your team walks in to a workspace that is ordered, not just wiped.

Cleansing
Dusting, washing and drying of all surfaces apart from the floors, worked methodically top to bottom so nothing is missed and nothing is done twice.

Floor Care
Floors are treated last, coupled with the application of final embellishments, the detail pass that separates a cleaned room from a finished one.
